PhD Students Work with Master Students

We will foster tight collaboration between PhD and Master thesis students on joint research topics. This provides a head start for Master students into research and for PhD students into guiding younger colleagues. While our university systems obviously require substantially higher qualification levels for graduate thesis advisors, PhD students may act as co-advisors and role models, leading to joint publications and igniting the spark for future research careers.
